This video shows how to mobilise matted up tissue in the Triceps. Lack of mobility and functional movement of the tissue often causes pain felt in the shoulder. It also causes compensatory movements in overhead pressing which can led to injuries. Here we show how a partner can assist in some brutal release work or you can use a Theracane or trigger ball also! Remember 2:00 of this Mobilisation work then follow with your tricep stretches.
